Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt) is required.

  • Customized, monogrammed, or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
